Enjoy from my personal collection of NCAA Tournament games. I am not going to lie. As a kid from Chicago who attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I thoroughly enjoyed Bradley beating Kansas on this night. Of course, the wounds from Bill Self leaving Illinois for Kansas were still fresh, even though it had been three seasons already. Additionally, I would always root for any teams from the state of Illinois when they made the tournament, whether it was Bradley, UIC, Illinois State, Eastern Illinois, etc. It's safe to say that Bradley center Patrick O'Bryant made himself a lot of money during this tournament run to the Sweet Sixteen. O'Bryant would get drafted in the first round of the 2006 NBA Draft but not last long in the Association. :-)
