Enjoy from my personal collection of NCAA Tournament games. I am not going to lie. I don't remember much about this game, except that I think George Washington won and then lost to Duke in the second round. That Duke team featured seniors J.J. Redick and Sheldon Williams and highly-touted freshmen Josh McRoberts and Greg Paulus. While I was living in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the time, I don't remember reading too much about UNC Wilmington, though I did visit the town the summer before and enjoyed a fun day on the beach and in the ocean. I do remember seeing George Washington in person this season as they played at N.C. State right around Christmas. N.C. State won big, and I left with more of an impression of the Wolfpack crowd than anything else.
