At The College Basketball Nostalgic, I ideally hope to review at least two (and sometimes three) NCAA Tournament games through my "Within the Field" series on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
As noted before, Wednesdays will review relatively forgotten or underappreciated tournament games through the "Wednesday Watch" series.
Thursdays will celebrate tense games that featured unforgettable or near upsets in the "Thursday Treasures" series.
As for the most anticipated day of the week, "Friday Favorites" will feature NCAA Tournament games from the first round to the Elite that are personally memorable, meaningful and momentous to me.
Many of these games may come from my personal DVD library as opposed to YouTube, where they may not be posted.
I will follow a similar format while reviewing these games:
Basically, I want "Friday Favorites" to be an entertaining transition into the weekend.
With that said, here are some "Friday Favorites" that I hope to cover soon on the site.

- Explanation of why this game is a favorite.
- Favorite memory of this game.
- Favorite player.
- Favorite villain.
- Favorite unexpected performance.
- Favorite individual play.
- Favorite finish at the rim.
- Favorite sequence.
- Favorite coaching moment.
- Favorite broadcasting.
- Favorite random detail.
